Ven. Segun Adebogun is the Rector of Ascension Anglican Church, Saskatoon. A dedicated servant of God and a passionate leader, he brings a wealth of spiritual depth, pastoral experience, and a heart for mission to our church community.
Ordained in the Anglican tradition, Rev. Segun has faithfully served in various capacities within the church for many years, equipping believers for ministry and proclaiming the Gospel with clarity and conviction. His ministry is marked by a commitment to sound biblical teaching, fervent prayer, and a vision to see lives transformed by the power of Christ.
As Rector, Rev. Segun leads with wisdom, humility, and a collaborative spirit. He is deeply committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone can encounter God’s love and grow in faith. His passion for discipleship and evangelism inspires our mission to reach out to Saskatoon and beyond with the light of Christ.
Outside of church leadership, Rev. Segun enjoys mentoring emerging leaders, engaging in theological study, and spending time with his family. His dedication to God’s work and love for people continue to guide and enrich our community as we journey together in faith under his shepherding care.
Rev Segun is happily married to Silvia and they are blessed with adult children.
