The Right Reverend Stephen Leung is a Suffragan Bishop in the Anglican Diocese of Canada, serving under the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA). He oversees Asian and Multicultural Ministries in Canada (AMMiC), focusing on outreach to diverse communities and nurturing vibrant congregations.

Originally from Hong Kong, Bishop Leung studied theology at Wycliffe College, Toronto, and was ordained in 1979. Before moving to Canada, he served in Hong Kong and Macau. In Canada, he has led the Anglican Church of the Good Shepherd in Vancouver, a predominantly ethnic Chinese congregation, which joined the Anglican Network in Canada in 2008.

Bishop Leung’s leadership extends beyond Canada as he represents ACNA in relationships with Asian provinces of the Anglican Communion and the global GAFCON movement. He is deeply committed to theological education, evangelism, and cross-cultural ministry.

He is married to Nona, and together they have journeyed through life’s joys and challenges, always anchored in faith.
