On December 22nd, 2024, Ascension Anglican Church, Saskatoon, came alive with the joyous sounds of the season during our much-anticipated Christmas Carol Service. This cherished annual event brought together members of our congregation, friends, and the wider community to celebrate the birth of our Saviour, Jesus Christ.

The evening was filled with beautiful renditions of beloved carols, heartfelt Scripture readings, and a moving Christmas message. Our talented choir led the congregation in singing timeless classics like O Come, All Ye Faithful and Silent Night, creating a truly uplifting and worshipful atmosphere.

The service also featured special performances by children and youth, who added their unique touch of joy and wonder to the occasion. It was a time for reflection, gratitude, and anticipation as we remembered the true meaning of Christmas—the coming of Emmanuel, God with us.

After the service, attendees enjoyed warm fellowship over festive refreshments, sharing the joy and love of the season.
